Can you work around our business hours to minimise disruption?

Absolutely. We understand that downtime costs money. We regularly carry out works outside of core business hours including evenings and weekends to ensure your operations are not affected.

Are you fully insured and compliant with health and safety regulations?

Yes. Complete Fix holds full public liability insurance and all works are carried out in line with current health and safety legislation. We can provide documentation upon request before any project begins.

How do you price your projects?

Every project is different so we provide detailed, itemised quotes following an initial site visit or consultation. There are no hidden costs — everything is agreed upfront before any work begins.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in London and primarily serve clients across Greater London and the surrounding Home Counties. For larger contracts we are able to consider projects further afield — get in touch to discuss your location.

How quickly can you mobilise for reactive maintenance?

For clients on a maintenance contract we offer rapid response call-outs, typically within 24 hours for urgent works. We understand that building issues need fast resolution and we have a reliable team ready to respond.
